Question 1

Do I need to hold inventory?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You keep your own stock and ship each order directly. We don't run a warehouse or a 3PL.

Question 2

Can I sell prescription products?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're a 503A pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility licensed for the states you dispense to. Prescription products are only shown to providers whose state prescribing licenses we've approved. Tell us which products need a prescription in the form, and we'll cover the details on the intro call.

Question 3

Who are the buyers?

Accepted Answer

Licensed providers and the practices they work in: clinics, med spas, nursing groups and MSOs. Every buyer's NPI is verified before they can order.

Question 4

Do I need my own storefront or marketing?

Accepted Answer

No. Your products show up in the stores on our network. We run the storefronts, the orders and customer support.

Question 5

How do orders reach us?

Accepted Answer

Through an integration with your fulfillment system. Orders come to you automatically, and tracking numbers and inventory updates come back to us automatically. Our team works with yours to set it up.

Question 6

How and when do we get paid?

Accepted Answer

Include any questions about payment terms and schedules in your supplier inquiry.
