Question 1

Do I need my own store, or can I just buy?

Accepted Answer

If you only buy for yourself, a free account is all you need: every supplier in one cart at wholesale. Your own store is for when you want your name on it, control over what you carry and what it costs, staff logins, or nurses and locations ordering under you.

Question 2

How much control do I actually get?

Accepted Answer

Total. You choose which suppliers and products appear, set the price on every product for every type of buyer, and decide who can order what. Change any of it in your admin, any time.

Question 3

Can I bring suppliers you don't carry?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us who you already buy from. We vet them, onboard them and manage the relationship, and they show up in your store alongside the rest.

Question 4

How does setup work?

Accepted Answer

We discuss your brand, supplier choices, catalog, and pricing, then agree on a setup plan before work begins.

Question 5

How does the profit share work?

Accepted Answer

After the $2,500 setup there is no monthly retainer. Any profit-share terms and the services they cover will be provided in your proposal before you decide.

Question 6

How do my nurses order for their clients?

Accepted Answer

Each nurse gets a login under your store at the price you set. They order for a client and the product ships to the client. You see every order, and the spread is yours.

Question 7

Can each location have its own pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every location gets its own logins and pricing, and you see every order across all of them in one admin.

Question 8

Do I need my own payment processor?

Accepted Answer

No. We set up processing for your store, including the merchant application and underwriting, and support card payments and invoices. Already have a processor you want to keep? We can talk about connecting it.

Question 9

Who handles compliance?

Accepted Answer

We do. Buyer verification, product documentation, checkout attestations, state-by-state availability and a review of your product pages and marketing claims all come with your store.

Question 10

Who handles customer support?

Accepted Answer

Our team can provide ticket and email support under your name. The scope and support schedule will be included in your proposal.

Question 11

Can my clients or patients order directly?

Accepted Answer

Not today. Direct-to-consumer accounts nested under your store are on the roadmap.

Question 12

Do you offer medical director services?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. A medical director partnership is in the works as an optional add-on, separate from your store. Ask on your launch call and we'll let you know when it's ready.
