Returns and Refunds Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Overview
Anti-Mortal provides software that businesses use to operate their own wholesale storefronts and accept orders from their customers. Anti-Mortal does not sell, manufacture, fulfill, or ship the products offered through those storefronts. Each storefront is operated by an independent Merchant, and purchases are made from that Merchant - not from Anti-Mortal.
Merchant return and refund policies
Each Merchant sets and administers its own policies for returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, cancellations, restocking fees, and return shipping. Those policies may differ between storefronts and products and remain subject to applicable law.
Anti-Mortal's role and responsibility
Anti-Mortal is a software provider only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anti-Mortal is not responsible or liable for any product, order, payment, charge, shipment, delivery, fulfillment, return, refund, exchange, replacement, cancellation, merchant policy, customer-service response, payment dispute, claim, loss, damage, or injury arising from a Merchant's storefront or the products sold through it. Merchants and purchasers assume full responsibility for their transactions, products, conduct, and compliance with applicable law. Anti-Mortal's provision of software does not make Anti-Mortal a seller, merchant of record, manufacturer, distributor, fulfiller, shipper, or party to any product sale.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders
Contact the Merchant directly if an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or missing. Anti-Mortal does not possess the products, control fulfillment, select carriers, or have the ability to authorize a replacement, return, or refund.
Return shipments
Do not send product returns to Anti-Mortal. A return must be authorized by the Merchant and sent only to the address the Merchant provides. Anti-Mortal cannot accept, inspect, exchange, or forward returned products.
Payment disputes
Contact the Merchant first to resolve an order or payment issue. Any charge dispute filed through a bank or payment provider is handled under that provider's procedures and applicable law. Anti-Mortal does not control the outcome.
Refunds after an order is paid
After an order has been placed and paid for, Anti-Mortal does not have the ability to cancel the order or refund the customer for that purchase. Anti-Mortal cannot initiate, approve, issue, or process a refund on a Merchant's behalf. Contact the Merchant shown on your order confirmation or receipt to request a cancellation or refund.
Responsibilities of merchants
Merchants are responsible for publishing a clear policy, providing customer service contact information, responding to return and refund requests, processing approved refunds through their payment provider, complying with applicable consumer protection and ecommerce laws, and assuming responsibility and liability for their products, orders, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, and disputes.
Anti-Mortal platform and service fees
This policy addresses product orders placed through Merchant storefronts. Fees paid directly to Anti-Mortal for software access, subscriptions, onboarding, or agency services are governed by the applicable agreement and Anti-Mortal's Terms and Conditions.
